Whenever one of my favorite movies pops up in the media, I like to check out the story.  This video seems very appropriate to what has been going on in this here election thing we got going on.  The clip is a few months old, but still funny I think.

Incidentally, if you haven't seen the movie "Election" from 1999, it's definitely worth renting.  We all knew Tracy Flick in high school, and it might inject a little levity into this election season.

We caucus on Super Duper Tuesday, February 5.  This will be my second caucus, and the second time I've caucused for John Edwards.  I'm very excited about it, and would welcome any input any of you Kossaks have about how I can be most effective.  More below the fold...

    In the 10th grade literature class I teach this afternoon, we will be discussing our collective memory as a society, and how things disappear from the rear view mirror, if you will.
